Arriving at Villa Feltrinelli is like to cross an imaginary door of a daydream. The aperitif directly on the shore of the lake makes you live truly magical moments, what peace, what colors, how much beauty! A green cuisine by the chef Baiocco, both as attention to the products of the earth (triumph in the 'simple' salad with 120 herbs and 20 different flowers of Villa Feltrinelli with almond oil) and as the predominant color in the dish (Lasagnetta di mare, plankton and dried algae). A kitchen where the strong vegetal notes (bouquet of garden flowers and shiso sandwich with roasted wagyu) meet with freshness (Salmon trout salad, zucchini, green apple) and umami (Tortelli stuffed with carbonara, cuttlefish and peas), perfectly in harmony with a fairytale surrounding environment.
