Last night at Osteria Bartolini for a moment, closing my eyes, I dreamed of being at the canal port of Cesenatico. The location is certainly very impressive (especially the exterior with an almost Proven sizable setting in the shade of an imposing tree) and I liked the sophistication of the furnishings to recreate a feeling of sea in the city even if the small restaurant in Romagna undoubtedly gives a more intimate and familiar atmosphere that is somewhat lost in a restaurant with many tables as in Bologna. Varies the choice from the menu, a list written on the tablecloth with dishes that remain in the heart. Like the spineless fish fried for the vagabonds (dry and crispy, I recommend don't add lemon!) and the noodles to the white fish sauce (as announced on the tasty menu but at the right point). But my favorite dish remain the passatelli in fish broth, really a delight, beautiful meaty but elegantly delicate!
Great to finish a sorbet made from fresh fruit and mashed in ice cream.
