When I'm in Romagna I have two favorite destinations: Cervia and Cesenatico. Quieter, out of the chaos of illustrious neighbours like Milano Marittima they certainly show a more familiar atmosphere. One of my favorite restaurants is the La Brasserie Borgo Marina in Cervia, where you can eat good seafood at low prices. I especially love marinated anchovies seasoned with salad, raisins and almonds (great and balanced acidity!) and the yellowfin tuna carpaccio, every time the fish is very delicate and exquisite! Not bad and to try the sea salad with cuttlefish, octopus and shrimp (here the acidity is given by zest of orange and lemon and pomegranate grains) and the sea risotto (red, with tomato). Good quality soles and grilled turbot (photos of the fish already cleaned because the boys are very quick to present to the table the fish already without bones!) Finally, even if you don't order a dessert, you'll see a stand with butter biscuits, tarts and small meringues arrive at the table. Sympathetic service, casual but attentive (even in the advice on the dishes).
When you pass by Cervia go and try it!
