I discovered a real traditional Abruzzo cuisine in Notaresco, near Teramo.
Ingredients of the territory and very typical dishes. And also one of the best Rosé wines from Abruzzo that I tasted during my trip, the Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo by Cantina Zaccagnini. Mixture of cold cuts and vegetables and spaghetti with pallottine, an authentic cuisine that satisfied me.
