For sure it is an unforgettable dish! Originally from Campania, the lemon-bread looks like a fruit similar to a cedar, with a thin outer skin and an albedo (internal white part with a spongy consistency, which separates the skin from the pulp) very developed, to which it owes the name of "lemon of bread" (and should be a little less sour than the classic lemon). If you think of it then together with chili and mint the result is a burst of energy and freshness, a real panacea in these hot days
