​In the Forbes 2021 ranking as one of the 10 coolest restaurants in the world where to go at least once in a lifetime.
And rightly so.
Entering the beautiful garden of the Danì Maison restaurant of chef Nino di Costanzo in Ischia is an unforgettable experience... for a few moments you feel like you are Alice in Wonderland and you are enchanted by the care, elegance and perfection of the compositions, all elements that are later found in the kitchen of this restaurant with 2 Michelin stars.

We started with an aperitif in the wonderful garden drinking a Champagne by Pol Roger

Entering the restaurant you begin a journey into the emotions and sensations that the culinary tradition of Campania can transmit when enhanced by the technique and creativity of modern cuisine (embellished with artistic, colorful, captivating presentations).
.
And certainly unforgettable is one of the iconic dishes of chef Nino Di Costanzo, his reinterpretation of pasta and potatoes : 35 varieties of types of pasta, 5 varieties of processing of patate with beef bottom and small crispy corners of tomato and guanciale, a dish that looks like a small work of art, a painting by Pollock (and fun to eat to challenge yourself to recognize as many types of pasta as you can!).

Also tasted a first Italian classic, really to lick your mustache: the spaghettoni 'Gerardo di Nola' with 5 tomatoes.

‘Bufalo and Bufala’ an interesting appetizer to enhance not only dairy but also meat: buffalo milk ravioli with buffalo tartare and buffalo ravioli with buffalo ricotta and vegetable brunoise inside accompanied by buffalo mozzarella in a carriage!

Closing with a  super greedy-top second: Neapolitan cutlet with Babà! Tender and succulent fillet wrapped in a breading based on babá in a salty version, goodness !!
