We started with an aperitif in the wonderful garden drinking a Champagne by Pol Roger Entering the restaurant you begin a journey into the emotions and sensations that the culinary tradition of Campania can transmit when enhanced by the technique and creativity of modern cuisine (embellished with artistic, colorful, captivating presentations). . And certainly unforgettable is one of the iconic dishes of chef Nino Di Costanzo, his reinterpretation of pasta and potatoes : 35 varieties of types of pasta, 5 varieties of processing of patate with beef bottom and small crispy corners of tomato and guanciale, a dish that looks like a small work of art, a painting by Pollock (and fun to eat to challenge yourself to recognize as many types of pasta as you can!). .
