Inaugurated a few months ago (May 2018) La Torre (The Tower) is the last born in the space of the Fondazione Prada. It is a 6-storey white concrete building with some exhibition spaces and on the sixth and seventh floor is home to the restaurant La Torre and the bar. As soon as you enter the bar it certainly strikes the central counter with a bottillera suspended with distillates and liqueurs from around the world. On the left a small living room with red sofas and the 'Head of Medusa ' by Lucio Fontana. The bar is characterized by very large windows that allow the entrance of a lot of light. Spectacular warm tones colors are created at the time of sunset, this is the ideal time for an aperitif like a Bloody Mary. From the bar you can reach the terrace, with porphyry flooring and metal grills that recall the exterior of the Foundation. It is a bistro-style restaurant area where you can take some light dinner dishes to accompany a cocktail. From up there the view over Milan is incredible and the sunset can give really intense emotions and the rest of the cocktails are prepared in a scenographic way by the barman on duty.
